Discovery & Direction
Every project starts with a conversation.
We take time to understand your goals, challenges, and what success actually looks like.
This is where we listen, ask questions, and make sure we are solving the right problem before moving forward.
From there, we move into direction setting. We define scope, clarify priorities, and outline an approach that aligns with your goals and timeline.
After this phase, you will have a clear understanding of what we recommend and why.
Proposal & Kickoff
Following our initial conversation, we create a clear, scoped proposal that outlines the work, timeline, and investment.
Once your proposal is approved and the initial deposit is received, we move into project setup.
At this stage, we:
• Create your project workspace.
• Define milestones and deliverables.
• Confirm roles, timelines, and communication expectations.
You'll receive a welcome email that walks through what to expect and how everything works.
Build
This is where the work takes shape.
We manage all active projects in Asana (our favorite application for project management), which gives you visibility into progress, tasks, and timelines at any point. You can check in whenever you like and see exactly where things stand.
Day to day communication happens via email. When decisions are made or feedback is finalized, we document it in your project so nothing gets lost or misinterpreted.
Throughout the project, we often share short screen recording videos to walk through progress, explain decisions, and show work in context. We have found this saves time, keeps you updated both technically and visually, and helps projects stay aligned and moving forward without unnecessary back and forth.

When reviews are needed, we provide guidance on what we are looking for and how to respond. This keeps feedback focused and helps us move efficiently without sacrificing quality.
Our goal is not endless revisions. It is thoughtful iteration that leads to confident decisions.
Delivery & Launch
Once the work is finalized, we prepare everything for delivery or launch.
Depending on the project, this may include final files, live websites, handoff documentation, or implementation support. We make sure you understand what has been delivered and how to use it moving forward.
Final invoicing is handled at this stage.
