Closed Loop by Micro-Pak
Micro-Pak is a current Blastoff Studio client. Together we built Closed Loop: a system that recovers the polybags retailers use to protect garments through manufacturing, storage, and shipping, at a scale most companies never touch.
We partnered with Micro-Pak to design the brand, build the platform, and create the entire operational system: web dashboards for store teams, corporate, administrators, and recycling partners, plus the training materials, onboarding, and documentation that make participation practical for busy retail staff.
Every part of Closed Loop was designed around clarity: how each step works, how data moves, how a store knows what to do next, how corporate tracks progress. The result is a system that brings order and visibility to a problem operating at national retail scale.
